Ok, I'm not dying in this hill cause this hill wasn't meant to be fought on. This story is taking place where their level of mental awareness doesn't mimic ours. I never said it was fine, in fact, I stated it was messed up to do it, but I can also acknowledge that in their crazy world and their profession, they deal with people suffering from PTSD and other forms mental illness due to despair. So if anyone has an idea to deal or cope with what they are going through, it's the same people who've seen their share of shit. Now, let me be clear, I don't condone what they do nor can I condemn them cause, again, they have different sets of reality for them then to use. We have the luxury to call out and persecute actual groomers who actually take advantage of people. And we have ways to help people going through PTSD. But for them, they don't. And you know why she did and you know she wasn't and isn't going to use the sex she had with him as a way to groom him. She's not some evil person who wants to take control of his life, she and anyone else in her position only didn't it to try and give a bandaid, not a cure, to give him at least enough energy to leave that place with his mom.

Like I said multiple times, if this was actual grooming, then I'll be there with you calling her a groomer, but it's not. It's a person trying to do what they think is best to get someone they love out of the darkness for at least little with one of the only actions they literally know how. And I know that's not the way to go, but what do you expect from that world where taken care of one's mental health isn't that wildly sought-after or research.

I'm not going to sell to you that most of these mangas and webtoons don't touch on very messy topics, but we also have to have a suspense of disbelief when it comes to certain stories likes this. If we based what you said and apply to other scenarios, than any elf and human relationships or any elf and other short lived relationship would fall under grooming at the surface. Based on the world they live in, yes, they use sex as one of the methods to put the band aid on PTSD. Yes, it just so happens to be she likes the MC. Yes, she was his teacher since he was a kid. Yes, he was in a vulnerable mental position. But we all know that, even though she likes him like that, she primarily did it to help him. And again, in this world, probably worldwide, age of consent is not as high like irl. Heck, he's literally going to get married and have a kid while in school. And that is all considered normal.

All I'm saying is this, does it look like grooming, yes. But if we the readers who can see her thoughts, know how their world works, and remember that our social norm is way different from their's, then it's not grooming. Now, if she decides to become very toxic, controlling, and be the classic groomer we see irl, then, even despite what their world thinks, yeah, she's a groomer. And I do believe that even this world will have the concept of grooming and they would probably not think this is it.

Nah, I see it differently. Even if you have the most healthy relationship with a family member, their are things you now you can't trust them with. It's not out of disappointment or anything negative. It's just because they know that person well enough that they can do certain things well and other things not well. And with his parents (and most good parents), I think it's just the fact, that even though they know he's an adult, they see him forever as their baby boy that they need to help, especially with MC's way of life prior to the current events.

But it just turned out to be in her favor for being able to sleep with mc, but this is their (this universe) way of at least putting a band aid on his mental wound. And we all know why she did it, too. To us , it's objectively messed up, but we don't live in their world or experience what they do, so we cyan make hasty judgements like this, especially, when we know she mostly did it to help mc.
