First cheating at lottery is almost impossible since they check for counterfeit and transactions for the winners, also why wouldn't the banks pay him? The lottery winning are decided way earlier, so the banks would've spent the same amount of money as any other lottery it just so happens the mc was a lunatic and filled 100 papers with the same number. If the receipts are valid only conclusion is that he's extremely lucky

AI is not this good, this atleast has some sort of emotion and care put into it. But it is a lazily written story to just make some cash probably or result from tight deadlines or overwork which leads to unoriginal writting
