Some commenters have said that this Webtoon has been getting over the top, or that Manager Kim is compromising his principles. Most of the time, I trust the author. We may be getting near the end, because the Minji/Hyeri situation has come full circle from the beginning of the manga. Just as Minji has learn to respect her Dad, Hyeri should as well. It may be that Manager Kim has accomplished far more than Hyeri's Dad during the time of this manhwa. Nonetheless Hyeri's Dad has seen the light, and wants to apologize to Manager Kim.

Many good manga/manwha/stories focus on character development. How did they overcome? How did their character improve? Well, we have it here for Minji, Hyeri's Dad, and Manager Kim. I'm looking forward to the denouement. (Sorry for the snobby word; it means the resolution at the end.)

They are motivated, and you kicked it into gear. Yamada supported you, but in the end, you had to take responsibility for your own idea, and it worked.

It seems like the difference in philosophies is this: hero association evaluates the skills of heroes with unusual abilities, and pays them in proportion to perceived abilities. Neo-heroes assembles mobs of people with no special abilities, and assumes that numbers will pay off. This isn't that much different from some military strategies in history -- elite troops vs human wave tactics. That said, in this case, I distrust the ethics of the neo-heroes. They will take anyone so long as they are big or "effective."

Given the past, I suspect he will find a way around this. The only interest he has had in women was one that was older, and not immediately of interest to anyone else. This arc is showing his adaptability to non-fighting tasks -- thinking strategically, at which he is succeeding.

Takasago has courage, which is unusual in romance manga.

Hayate wants to be with Akira, but he also wants her to be able to make her own choice. Possible outcomes: Hayate tells Akira to go to the school she wants to go to. Akira finds a school that satisfies both Hayate and her. I don't like the term "siscon." There are some brothers and sisters that are close, particularly with fraternal twins. I was good friends with such a pair in high school. We would sometimes walk to school together. They both had other friend interests of the opposite sex, but you could tell they were close friends.
