The drama is the adaptation of this manga. It is still a TV adaptation though, so there are no nipples or pussy, but it is fun to watch nonetheless if you read this manga for the vibe because they nail this pretty well.

The live action drama is worth watching, it's quite wholesome and cute. I haven't found one with Eng sub though so I'd recommend having the manga tab open while watching.

That'd be terrible for Tomoko but is it really NTR with Imashita? If you have a crush on someone and they date someone else, I wouldn't consider it NTR. NTR is betrayal and our boy didn't do anything to intentionally give Imashita hope nor does he view her as a potential partner, so him dating someone else wouldn't be betrayal to her.
The NTR I hate is one where someone cheats mid-relationship or steal another's partner which is betrayal. This is still in the battlefield we call Love :))
