The holy, demon, beast and nature races or what not. He has managed to sway two of them, they are now on the third. However there is a possibility that some THING interfered with the timeline which is why MC is aware of a history of when humanity emerged victorious.

If people find out you can make those tomatoes by farming, they might forcibly choose to be farmers as well. so the exclusivity clause would apply there. Also the inhabitants of the towers also do farming and they might not actually be able to use other people's exclusive crops.
