actually it is. you have to remember, the people must follow imperial decree. they don't have the power to refuse and they wouldn't even want to. to be cast out means to be killed or used by outsiders etc... This isn't some sort of democracy or freedom play. You do as you're told or you die.

I find it kind of interesting they have fooled everyone thus far. I guess seeing as he is the incarnation of their progenitor, it wouldn't be too difficult for him to blend in. But to have that many godlevel dragon masters, why haven't they taken over the other galaxy yet?

Back in the old days, there would be an anime of two HS kids who becomes a couple. then they go to Uni only to grow apart because they have different ambitions. And then lots of Drama would ensue. Or one would go to Uni the other would not so it would be a battle to try to get into the same Uni. Ah, the early days of drama anime.
