Maybe MC meant to be disbelieved?
Before the eclipse, cages full of humans, after the eclipse bloody remains and blood drenched yokai. What could have happened. They sure got fooled, those fools in heaven.
Actually rather shameful MC killed that many. MC could have even run past them to rescue her.
All that's true but the biggest danger is the person emself. That other stuff is a pittance in comparison
Them being in danger this chapter seems incongruous with what was said last chapter.
Which is a failure. Pro Tip: A important part of treating any patient is to not kill them with the treatment. Especially if they weren't going to die otherwise. Also neither us readers or them the mages know if this would happen every time or just some of the time or once in a blue moon. Determining that would not likely be easy since they clearly didn't know what caused it in the first place, especially if you weren't willing to use people as experimental subjects and basically murder a bunch of people in the name of science.
He wants to kill Shirone because he’s a carbon copy of everything he hates.
And what precisely does es hate? The supposed motivation is wanted to help a bunch of people with this technique and get famous and that getting foiled by the headmaster. Not "Evil and Darkness MUHAHAHAHAHA! OH NOES!!! The light, it burns!!!!!" The latter being fucking stupid characterization.
I guess you aren't going to touch the absurdity of trying to make someone smarter through memory transplants or needing to be smarter to give birth or saving a marriage through giving birth or that nothing was wrong with her in the first place or a marriage breaking up because of such a stupid little thing or two years being treated as a lifetime or all of this instead of just picking up the research again. I might have missed something there. I suppose you struggled to respond to so many plot holes and problems. Alot of issues thus alot of words.
But you can see this pattern with a fair number of them. To give another example, there is one where someone reincarnates with a smart phone where they are able to order stuff from a specific website/company, which they used to get great money and power. Also apparently not only bulldozers but bulldozer mech or something based on what was shown in the intro.
Or one where maybe the source wasn't commercialized but the anime sure seemed to be. About a hard working man abused by his job but at least a loli-god with beast ears was there to take care of him at home. At the end of episodes the loligod spoke to the viewers perspective "camera" as thought o seduce them. Basically merchandising plus "shut up and work, you can repair with our fake relationship" type of thing. I really don't feel like a full explanation if you don't get it.
So many examples of stories contaminated by commercialization and commodification, some built on it even.
What even is the point of remembering such, so many better stories I could recommend
I think it even uses that dragone symbol from D&D, the curly thing that looks like it's part flame or something. I don't remember all the details.
