No I am not, I am under the impression strangers of this PC world are at least as dangerous as people from the real world. So just distrust strangers in general.

No, it's forced in. There is no reason to distrust someone from your world any more than anyone from this world, as MC should know with how many people from this world tried to kill MC at first. So again be alert around strangers as a matter of course, "mafia" or not, it is ALWAYS a matter of life and death. MC is "mafia" after all. "Mafia" I take it to mean from the real world.

Caring for and about others and helping others is good. Being selfish and just taking while hurting others is evil. Not a perfect definition but good enough. This is not so complicated or "subjective" (aspects of it can be subjective, but as a whole)

Depends on how well the story is written. The quality of the story is absolutely aided by having a MC fight for a good cause, and the additional challenge that fight adds as well, if at least decently written.

Well it helps that MC has a human heart to "drag it out". Regardless endless chapters of MC getting strong for it's own sake and for revenge is boring to me. That would be enjoyable for you?

The character and the story itself. How boring it would be for some asshole to get back at some other assholes right off the bat. Both in getting to the end too quickly and because I need to like a MC to enjoy a story. Reading a story where a asshole always gets their way and you actively dislike that is not fun.

It's typical in these asian stories where a MC is presumably a evil or neutral asshole but helps others despite themselves for one reason or another. In Japanese comics it's usually something like "but I receive minor benefit from this, so whatever".

You might enjoy a OP MC just being evil and terrible to everyone nonstop, I do not.

BTW, I have no sympathy for MC being stabbed in the back and robbed and killed with fake righteousness in the beginning. Seemed like something MC earned.

I struggle to understand MC's clever scheme. If Treasure Nobles were going to protect MC and co., wouldn't they have done so even without this scheme? How does angering their protectors and forcing them to war help MC?

Why does it matter if there is witnesses or not if the witnesses wouldn't be believed anyway?

MC calls it a "demon heart", but actually it's more a regular heart. MC was a heartless demon before who deserved being backstabbed and ganged up on as much as anyone.

Commander just sits back and let's them misunderstand a bit, ignoring the question they ask Commander as to whether MC is a enemy or not.
