This is based on my understanding, so take it all with a grain of salt…
Think of the names like a currency of power - the labyrinth dude is stealing them from other people to gain more power, and with that power he can build more labyrinths…
the labyrinths made with names have those names inside them like a sort of mana stone, and defeating the labyrinth means you then gain ownership of that name…
I don’t know how the names are stolen from people, and idk if MC can just steal names from people or if he has to take previously stolen names from the labyrinth dude…
