Yeah, this is a novel with magic and monsters, and yet it's not the most far fetched part of this story...

Yeah, feels like a rushed ending, wouldn't be surprised to hear it had been axed.

It's not the case with all novel adaptions but every now and then you get a manhwa/manga/etc that cuts out important parts of the story and it feels like a highlight reel that only someone who had read the novel could enjoy.

That's what a lot of the chapters of this feel like.

The novel for this isn't perfect, flaws still exist, but it is more fleshed out.
