Aww, his name is Ain, and his regular outfit is so cute on him! Hope to see a lot more of him but suspect we won't. I'd definitely give him mercy, not out of fear but out of admiration for how adorable he is.

While it may be true that returning negativity with negativity is still a bad thing that wasn't really my point. MC is defending his life (which is on a time limit), and people who would do much worse by keeping their autonomy keep facing against him. He's saving his own life and preventing worse things from happening, even granting mercy/autonomy back to those who can reform (tomboy). He's pretty justifiable, I would even say virtuous.

Though I think the edging/sadomasochism on the most recent swapped girl was pretty unnecessary still, she could've came much sooner. His means could've been better, that's the only bad thing I can remember him doing. Him taking her autonomy prevents one more obstacle towards equality and gives MC another tool to save his own life so that part itself is fine, he can return it later when she changes her ways and he doesn't need her to save himself.

The next two girls he's hoping to recruit probably don't deserve to have their autonomy taken (shoplifting and prostituting aren't as fucked up as sex trafficking or advocating for half the human race being slaves), but if push comes to shove it'll be justifiable if MC has to take the ability jammer's body just so he has a way of disabling his sister's instant kill.

Honestly when you look at it that way it seems bad, but she would've been in a bad spot if she didn't follow orders and she's impulsive anyways. Needless to say though her attempt to violate MC gave him a perfect reason to steal her body and keep her under control, the fact she's "tamed" now (loyal to something other than her impulses) and wouldn't act abhorrently through impulse (attempting to violate someone) is why at least she's earned her autonomy back. It MIGHT be different if she had a past as a sex trafficker or had a current believe towards female supremacy + male subordination though.

Not really, he's fighting for survival and has thus far only taken the bodies of people who acted against him (tomboy followed orders to attack him then tried to grape him) and/or had something terrible about them that made them having autonomy a bad thing anyways (the sex trafficker and one who pushes for keeping half of humanity dehumanized).

Starting to outright hate the newer body stolen girl, she literally said "men have no human rights" implying she knows what human rights are yet still thinks men don't deserve it. Her and the one swapped with shy ghost girl, they shouldn't get their bodies back (one advocates for half the human race continuing to be dehumanized, the other ran a sex trafficking ring). At least our tomboy's only fault was being impulsive (with no harm done in the end) so I'm glad she became MC's ally.

I've actually considered how convenient this kind of thing would be before, no more toilet breaks sounds heavenly. Heck, if you could specifically grab the germs off your body that eat your sweat and cause stink you could also skip showers altogether. And speaking of weaponization you could pour all that vile crap you collected onto your worst enemies, just getting into any opening on their body would get them sick, and they may as well start retching on the spot.

Would be kinda awesome if he chose the maid, love that first come first served concept in romance stuff.. Love maids too..

I agree they could've been a bit more explicit with the difference of his affection with the princess versus random women, but his inaction towards true acts of infidelity is still apparent.

I mostly disagree with the idea he acts like he's in a harem story, a true harem protagonist with his flirtiness would go farther than paying for some lunch or saying niceties. He also expresses the intent behind his actions as being a true gentleman (maybe he worded it slightly different but you get my point that it's pure), whereas the intent of a flirt harem protag would be to love several beautiful women at once.

I have to disagree, the absence of an inner monologue doesn't imply anything with consideration to the fact he's engaged and going to marry his princess, and he shows no indication of doing more than treating other girls to meals. Plus he's already been identified by others as having no intent behind all the eating out so that's how it is. When he gets older that may change, he may make advances on his princess that go beyond his natural manner of speaking, and when he inevitably gets hit on back by some gal who doesn't know it's just how he speaks he'll turn her down.

Anyways, I'm so glad this isn't a harem story. :P

Considering it's just a personality quirk that doesn't have any intent behind it yes.

Totally unrelated but the mention of a cemetery reminded me of a long held fantasy of mine about meeting a cute ghost girl I'd later marry.

Ghost cucks!

I was hoping a different ghost gal would do the swap but this is fine too I guess.

True, necromancy related stuff usually keeps her looking fresh and non-wrinkly anyways, the stitching/paleness is also attractive.

Wasn't the point to swap the girl's soul when she cums? Just.. do that when you two are standing over her like that, this went beyond necessity..

As of chapter 33 it's just MC suffering for things outside of his control, not even the regression ability as mentioned in the description helps because there's forces outside of that which prop up out of nowhere and just give him the middle finger, things he couldn't have anticipated, and things that keep happening so that all of MC's efforts didn't reach a satisfying climax.

Most of the time the way MC gets screwed over feels like an ass pull. Imagine if you were doing a questionnaire for the position you've been working towards your whole life, one that took blood sweat and tears, and right as you get to the final question some guy comes in, takes it from you, and gives you a new one with absolutely no relation to the old one, then he points at the clock and says "times up, better luck next year" before pouring coffee over your head. And of course the only thing you can do is go home, cry in the shower, and try cramming several years of knowledge into one again. The whole situation is bizarre and I find it highly relatable to this manga.

This manga is unrewarding and unfair. The author may really enjoy dangling hope out of their characters' reach only to meet them with setbacks and then inevitable tragedy. Don't get attached to any characters here, they'll probably disappear or their undeserved infinite suffering will make you feel bad.

I'm expecting MC to win again just to have another ass pull decide that he doesn't actually. The author had a pretty interesting regression plot going where the MC earns every bit of progress but "they lose at the climax with no explanation and have to start in a different reality" was just frustrating and will probably happen again after MC beats this next hurdle (2 living weapon users). MC never getting a happy ending because of things outside of his control, I would hate for this to be the case.
