The first two are the ladies he helped when he first isekai'd in. Well... one of them anyway. They gave him the black pine(?) sword he was using because he helped one of them reach an enlightenment. They also gave him a 1000 year pine ball medicine. We're talking single digit chapters, there. Can't specifically remember which.
The other one is the Phantom Archer's daughter iirc. Her that got messed up by "good" guys and then saved by her father giving his blood and MC after that other clinic pissed him around for too long.
She buggered off to put all her training into practise.
