Mangaupdates only has chapter 37 as the latest, so that's no help.
Don't know whether that's accurate or not, but i'm leaning more towards the 'yes, this is complete', since it was the tl group (Manga Galaxy, not the-group-that-shall-not-be-named) that updated it.
So, another giant waste of time.
