She is scythe Seris, in the nearish future she will save Arthur from Uto (the retainer who killed the elf lance in the academy arc), by consequent she becomes indirectly involved with the creation of the most majestic character in the novel, Regis. Later on after Arthur goes missing, presumed dead, after losing the war and lands in Alacrya, Seris' apprentice, Caera will become Arthur's companion. Even later on when Arthur goes back to Dicathen she organizes a rebellion against the Vritra in Alacrya to buy Arthur the time he needs to get conquer Dicathen back. She is essentially Arthur's greatest and most important ally, and she's pretty chill overall but her character won't have any screen time until after Arthur lands in Alacrya.
