He was treated like trash for a good portion of his early development despite holding one of his nations most important nuclear deterrent from other nations. I agree with you on that point but with a lot of these characters there are no training arcs and all of a sudden using super advanced techniques at the Hokage level. I love this series but I have to agree with some of the hate this series is getting.

The fact that it is only released monthly and they have huge breaks in between I'm inclined to think you're right. This has the potential to be a huge cash cow for them but I feel like they don't care as much as they did in the Naruto series.
