I have to respectfully disagree with you. This chapter was definitely good but it wasn't causing a whole city to have an earthquake good, slaying a vampire with a razor sword good, or meeting a dragon that can end the world good. There are at least 5 instances in this series that easily tops this in my opinion. But that's just my opinion!
