DammitCarlEh, not really. Being a registered adventurer means he loses access to all those underworld services, not to mention being an official adventurer in that situation would get him into even more trouble since that would makes him "an adventurer who's intentionally dealing with criminals" which not only could get his license revoked and put him on the guild watchlist, but he would also involve the girl he's with.
kkktbh same argument is can be said to any head of state so yeah, pretty weak because, at the end of the day he is far more important and something something for the greater good
