im sorry but how did she get the duke title? her mother is dead a while so i assumed the dad died recently and she inhertied the title because she has magic power that surpasses others so you telling me the suicidal girl didn't already inherit iit. that she decided to not ring the bell. or is the ringing of the bell to get the tiootle something on the MC can see if so how the fuck did others ring the bell in the past.

Ugggh im done with this series is it soo fucking stupid and convoluted with fucking no progression in 8 chapters.

  Lunaria's grandmother, then mother, were the rightful inheritors of the duke title and mom was friends with the current queen before she died
  
  Hasn't been explained who dad was originally but after mom died he couldnt be bothered to handle the paper work and the step-mom and step-sister didnt know how so they left it all to the servants, and the servants all left it to Lunaria because they wanted to slack off instead of work
  
  That backfired on them though because Lunaria filed the right paper work so that step-mom and step-sis were never technically on the family registry in any capacity and had no rights to any of the family wealth and dad was filed as a 'temporary head' because he married into the family and wasn't born into it like mom
  
  Original Lunaria didnt use those advantages though because she thought things could go back to how they were before mom died but she decided to take her life instead of blow up a part of the main building so new Lunaria realized that there was no saving the family and is moving to remove them all and act on the advantages that were never used
  
  As for the ringing of the bell, i assume it is something the one that will inherit the duke title would do sort of subconsciously as a feeling that the current head was ready to retire and felt that they were ready to become the new head

  I might be wrong, but for what i can understand, most of the info about european royalty that came to japan was told by the Nazis at WWII, before that, the only foreign royalty they knew where either Chinese or Brittish, and both where seem more like barbarians in expensive clothes than really refine aristochrats, since they tried to conquer japan or force them into economic servitude, was untill the Nazis told them about their version of german royalty when they get the idea of refined nobles, and you can see that many european based isekai nobles are more based on the old sacred german empire than Brittish empire (unless they need some bastardly enemy empire) or Spanish Royalty.

    You're slightly off, When Japan got the biggest culture shock after the US opened their nation. Japan after just a few small events like Meiji Restoration (clearly nothing happened that lead to it) needed to modernize to keep up with the world. For many years they would send their best and brightest abroad to learn all they could about the great powers of the world. The purpose of this was to bring back as much knowledge to then advance the Empire of Japan well before WW1, albeit with tons of troubles and turmoil along the way. japan learned a great deal from all the major powers. Example being Yamamoto Isoroku studied at Harvard University. What I find interesting that you see in other translated mangas are the often changing noble ranks because in japanese their easy to translate incorrectly everytime. The long winded point I'm making here was the language barrier places a huge role, and to tack on the possibility that it could be the translation coming up like this as well.

        America itself doesn't have any royalty nor nobles the govern. However, we have other countries royal and noble families living here. Some are dual citizens. A number are even nobles that fled Europe to avoid death. Best example would be the French Revolution. But most of Europe through this time were governed by nobles all the way until post WW1.

        As far as i can understand, gringos where seen as barbarian gaijins untill the end of WWII. afther they genocide millions of innocent civillians, poisoned thousands with radiation, rape thousands of girls and basically forced Japan into servitude, then started seeing gringos as, well not nobles but admirable people, well untill this century when many Japanese have come to see gringos as the rest of the world see them.
        And i am pretty sure most gringos will deny any connection with royalty, even billionares rather be connected with rednecks than royalty, well i guess the exception will be those who decend of the owners of suthern cotton camps.

As an outside observer we can say it’s just religious driven but to them their very religion is the core of the mir racial existence.
