I like Count Perdium as he embodies, so far, some good leader qualities such as patience, control (of himself/his emotions), mercy (to those worth it) and he has a presence about him BUT he also embodies negative aspects of these traits as we can see with how his 3 advisors are not in control of themselves which is his fault for not reigning them in. But its also hard to judge him as the story so far haven't been about him and if not because it is proper for Ghislain to meet with his father about these things, Count Perdium would basically be irrelevant to the story so far.

I hope Ghislain will have a proper talk to his father as he has shown himself to be a changed man and now worthy of actually having a discussion regarding the Perdium Realm.

Wendy got strong, helps that Selene wasn't really fighting her but still good to see her still grow.
