Gold is an element so to forcefully create it is to either, assemble the parts manually (subatomic particle) one by one(just frankly not possible for a bunch of reasons but most of them quantum), or just get a higher element and forcefully decay it in the right way (and try not to get lead). That seems reasonable tbh
