What's lazy is your thinking, you keep talking about your expectations regarding the title without even considering that your interpretation of it depends on the context (format, culture and language) in which you discovered it, which is different from where it originated.
As for why she was reincarnated as a blind girl, her eyes being the main mystery of the story, I can't believe you're even expecting an explanation in the early stages.
Similarly, people keep memeing on authors that make long ahh titles, but when you know where the WNs are posted and how they are found, it makes total sense, there's just close to no place for one liners or eponyms, and they have to quickly explain the premise because it's the only thing the title can reasonably convey.
I do get what you're feeling, but it's important to point out that it's more often than not our own misplaced expectations due to a nonstandard discovery medium.
The title doesn't say "Learning how to live with my blindness in another world", because it's clearly not even the focus of the story, it's likely part of the special eyes plot and the author put it in the title because it was a welcome variation to the trope.
That aside, the writing isn't exceptional by any means, but your complaints are unfounded.
You're the one who put too much weight on your own idea of what the title described and got disappointed as a result, those authors are pretty literal with the way they make titles.
I got isekai'ed, and happen to be a blind girl. It's not about the blind girl experience, it's about the isekai.
Really hate that shit, can they not write a female character that doesn't beat up people before thinking ?
Are they implying that females are savages ? Surely not... lol
As for the title, it's the fucking premise, the same goes for all those trash/weakest/failure : it's what the character is deemed to be by others or themselves at the start; it has nothing to do with the truth as the only purpose is to describe the variation of the trope they went with to try to stick out in a sea of trashy amateur novels.
Also, there's no benefit to writing characters with handicaps, especially if the author can't profoundly relate to them and risks misrepresenting them.
Ignorance is evil, if you don't question it at that point you're in the wrong.
Looks like coercion to me, not much hypnosis going on.
