This does reeks of a one-shot idea who was accidentally met with a serialization.
The premise is wonderful but how to expand the story from this particular premise is.. As you can see pretty fuckin hard.

Especially so when the title is a self explanatory. Had it been something vague, if they exit the dragons and the story continue that would not be something that detrimental.
But since the title is soo specific once they exit the dragon and continue the atory from there, they will lose the identity of the series since the dragon is no longer in the picture. It's like as if the show Chicago p.d followed their character who moved to nypd but the title stays the same.

I'm actually stoked to see how the stories go. But I think this is going to be a short series 20-40 chapter

Yeah. I have 3 theory on his mindset

1. The justice mindset.
The minority hero, the savior of the dmaned, the classic emphatetic calculatic Chara where they have a pity or against discrimination against the oppressed. Trying to prove the worth to the world.
Honestly a bit too bland but his method and mask is a class on its own. The main theme is him against the preconceptions of crafter value.

2. The merchant mindset.
The exploiter. The one who sees potential. Just merely sees the potential of value of crafter. Nurturing it for the sake of investment. But still stays morally white. A bit interesting. Main theme is he wants money while still being good.

3. The prover
The one who cannot lose. Have such a pride that he feels that he need to prove to the world that his view is correct. The money is how the world judges so that's how he gonna play. Main theme is him against the world who judge him.
