Let's remember that dark colors in manga are always drawn as black. Iruma has blue hair. We should wait to see the official color palette of Merize. If she has blue hair, that would be more of a giveaway that they are related. If she has like, black, brown or dark red hair, it would be a point against this theory. Keep in mind that we are still working with the assumption that Iruma is the Demon King's son, so if you really want to tie Merize into this, it will turn the story disgusting in some way, be it incest (for Iruma x Ameri) or NTR (for Merize x Demon King). The best option here is just to assume that Merize is completely unrelated to Iruma and just so happens to look like him in the author's artstyle.
