thats just because the story has subtle world building so it dosn't feel expository, if you re-read there is actually a considerable amount of content here. bsides its just that good

i disagree, this chapter has 5 main points for it
1. the reason for why the villain acts
2. backstory for the industrial district which is subtle
3. it also brought up and reminded the reader of what happened in hell without being expository
4. shows that main character does still have help (gold headband)
5. gives the enemy a form of a timer in case of a drawn out fight (constellations running out of free plausibility)
