I'll extend for anybody that does give a care about what I'm saying. He is still 100% within his right to demand an arm or a life on someone that plotted against his. That's not at all what I'm saying or arguing. It's just a little annoying to me that this is always his answer. Bruh wanted to kill the ice palace successor if he didn't prove himself. It's his demeanor itself that I find pretty "bruh really?". Like if I find myself at the peak of all strength I'm not going to be bothered by what everyone below me is doing. The same way if a random person punched you in the face you're probably going to punch them right back in the face. But if a kid punches you in the face despite how much they might deserve it you might just temper yourself and hold back. Again I'm not saying that he isn't within his wife to do what he wants I just kind of wish she acted more with a personality be fitting of a strong person.

I think Chronicles of demon faction is a pretty decent one that I completed recently. I have heard fellow commenters say that absolute regression is pretty good too.

Wholeheartedly agree. Honestly even the whole imperial plot in line was mid as hell. I'm not really sure what direction he's trying to go with for the story. If it's make the demon Cult the strongest they kind of already are. If it's to be at the pinnacle of strength, he kind of already is. I'm not really sure what the objective is going to be after this. Kind of just wanted to hit a conclusion at this point. 😭💔

I've grown very uninterested in this heavenly demon over time. I think Chronicles of demon faction has a much more interesting heavenly demon to follow. I get that we've grown to like this guy as an arm collector but it's kind of eh at this point. Not that this guy at some capacity didn't deserve it but of course he's going to want revenge when you keep on gunning after his people and taking their lives and arms. I feel like it's a little bit mediocre when only one dude is able to hit this martial peak and no one else is able to really compete. Like genuinely when was the last time we saw this dude go all out and we're 200 plus chapters deep. I get wanting to have an impressively strong character but never seeinh them facing two challenges, in my opinion doesn't make for the most compelling story. (Which obv the author doesn't write for our satisfaction, but it kinda sucks this series hasn't done more. ) I'm not expecting him to be the same as when he's younger but he feels like an entirely different character from when he was younger and not in a great way.

TLDR: he's kind of moving like an overpowered asshole and I don't know how interesting that is as a story.

Honestly facts, you can explain all you want how realistic it is for somebody to fall towards murder but it is not good to generalize that to everyone. You will play a dangerous game when you think others think exactly like you. I know personally with my current personality, if I was in camyu's position, my crash out would've looked s lot different. I have one of the best magical prospect abilities in the world. If there was an individual I was actually trying to kill, would it not make more sense to just stay and isolated training similar to murim, and come out when I feel like I have hit a decent enough power level? Honestly that's basically what bichir did in preparation for Hugo. He could have signed a demon contract and tried to accelerate towards his revenge faster but he chose the long but consistent route. I can nip camyu too hard yet cause we don't know if she actually killed her uncle and how she came into a contract, so I'll be easy on her until we get that info. But I'm def not doing the same stuff she is. Raising a child corpse by accident or on purpose is so crazy bro😭
