I would say read it even though i personally only like the art since its enjoyability is pretty good. 4/10

Art: TOP TIER all the scenes are well done and the fights let you feel every panel absolutely nothing to complain about there and the only reason i caught up with it.

Characters: MC IS GOATED, UTORI FOR PRESIDENT.
Their alright, some are stupid and some are too insanely dumb to try and pose "interesting questions about the death penalty' since its basically like joker and batman except every criminal is comic book joker and shows no remorse and theres only one batman.
Plot: its alright. the prologue just ended but honestly the plot is off due to horrible world building that requires a failure at every level of organization.The whole "should a person be allowed to execute unchecked" thing is useless due to what he's fighting.
i think their trying to make Authority the bad guy since he shows up like one but he is quite honestly along with mc and the female warden a pillar of intellect in a sea of ridiculous ideals for the situation their in.

Worldbuilding: I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT. PRISONS FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH SUPERVILLAINS AND ITS FILLED WITH REGULAR GUYS WITH BATONS?
A BLANKET WIDE RULE FOR HEROES FOR SIMPLY NO KILLING MAKING IT HARDER FOR EVERY HERO TO DO THEIR JOB CAUSING THE DEATH RATE TO INEVITABLY GO UP AS WELL AS THE HERO COUNT GOING DOWN due to honestly crazy heroes turning to villainy? ABOLISHING HERO CATEGORIES? (mind you they still use it even though they say stupid crazy ms marvel ideal lady abolished it).
LEAVING A PLANET BUSTING CULTIVATOR ALIVE FOR 30 YEARS BECAUSE AN ORGANIZATION HAD A "DISAGREEMENT", ACTIVELY PUSHING BACK THE EXECUTION DATES OF CRIMINALS THAT MURDERED THOUSANDS? ITS SO BAD.

ngl this feels like a cop out to forcefully make the story longer by widening the scope of the story, after all she literally could have just stolen him at anypoint in the prison since it lacks any sort of super on there. im less angry about the actual end of the fight where he should have aimed for the haed but simply didnt and more angered by the contrived insanely stupid things needed to get to this point from a worldbuilding and common sense perspective. also i hope they killed the pregnant lady cause ngl they kinda just forgot her

No the other strong heroes got put down by this guy. we learn earlier that most of the people here were captured by MC's team (NO IDEA WHY EXECUTION SIMPLY SEEMS TO MEAN NOTHING THOUGH)

They deserve that for the idiocy this whole plot has in relation to simple security in a building holding thousands or hundreds of highest tier supervillains and not simply doing a same day or same week execution. it took world ending shota two weeks to get executed so no wonder the other ones were still alive also tha fella in normal clothes terrifies me making me think he's some isekai character
