to me she comes across as pretty dumb or impatient and was expecting him to bring out some secret high ranking priest or some super elixer to fix him since (and im partly assuming from other stories where characters have an aura/light/Dragon Ball fire effect) from her perspective he put his hand on her brothers body then there was a large burst of fire, anyone that didnt know or have full trust would panic

in first timeline dark elves released a borderline uncurable plague upon the world
in 2nd timeline (current one) MC went to the dark elf lands to stop the plague before it gets out since it caused massive amounts of death
upon getting there MC finds out that origin of the plague is (supposedly) because in ancient times twin elf queens/princesses/rulers lead them, but A betrayed B and B barely managed to survive being attacked by her sister but killed A as a result
but in reality the plague would have failed a long time ago since it would have needed a power source to even last 1000s of years, let alone grow stronger and that A was the same one who survived, meaning the one who died was B (A is the one currently alive, but B was the one who was dead and making everyone believe it was flipped)
so MC realized that the plague was actually created by the attacker and that she made a contract with a demon at some point and is now exposing her to the entire dark elf settlement and that the plague was being enhanced and propagated by the false ruler
reason why hasn't been stated yet, but it could be that she is just insane

also the priestess girl who MC had been protecting/using as an informant contains a fragment of the sister who was killed long time ago and she wants to remember who she was even if it is full of pain and likely the next arc or over time she will regain those lost memories

no wonder this story isnt super popular
with all the action in the trial/tutorial arc i forgot how much of the story has economics stuff in it and how most people either dont care about it in this level of detail or cant follow it too well

i at least enjoy it though since my field/job/whatever is related to it so i can follow it

at least they are going with a different reasons as to why 'immortality bad' since the usual 'youll get bored/friends die' can be countered with 'invent new stuff' or 'become the protector and advisor to their line'

id attribute it more to china, since the rules and regulations are very extreme to the point that some of the witches outfits and designs like nightingales (showing a lot of skin and cleavage) is already fairly surprising

I think the ending of Summoning America is also different from the other, but im not 100, but SA is a lot more action involved since its the US

most annoying part of these kinda stories since the MC is usually a high ranking noble, but for some reason everyone treats them like they are a commoner or barely qualify as a noble when in reality they could be executed with only a few words and in most problems the one with the higher status is the one believed unless many of equal status disagree or there is major other problems like treason

i think i saw someone call this exact scenario almost word for word on a previous chapter, with the biggest difference is that the person who 'died' wasnt the girl but her brother

where is dark? where is dad and grandpa? all this extra political and drama stuff going on and dark (the supposed MC) is off having a weird drama story going on that is also being ignored instead of bringing dark back into the supposed main story

MC is probably a lot stronger than the other high elves since he has traveled around and learned things like other methods of magic, crafting, ideas for strategies, and so on but its been so long since i read the first chapters idk how strong he was back at the begining

I am a bit worried that this story will soon take a dark turn with the western nation, like him returning to the deep woods to find his home burned or being attacked and him going ape shit and using his basically demi-god level power to wipe half the continent from the world
