Honestly feels like the author just wanted to be done with it at this point. I mean their fight over who gets to be king doesn't seem fleshed out at all. One page says that yuno hurling boulders is a great choice since asta is weak to physical attacks and the next page is asta having a mountain dropped on him only to crush it a panel or two after being hit by and buried under it with spectators saying "yeah sure, thats just like him haha".
I mean that's less tension then the end of naruto had and boy was that final fight a disappointment.

Also the attack at the end makes it seem like there is no real end, pretty huge cop out imo.
