I would say 90% isekai mangas end with mc either killing or becoming god. So you tend to acquire an expertise about this thematic or at least an educated opinion.

It's mostly their own hubris fault at that time. There are some exceptions, but they boil down to difference between power and inevitable truth or some fringe power that paradoxes the god ( power of friendship, outer gods, abandoned part of that etc).
