Well, the Emperor is pretending to be indifferent about him in order to protect his son. Sending presents to the wife of his son is the best way for him to gift his son things as well. It is a bit of a game in a sense. Other parties would start to move to harm the prince if they knew the Emperor cared about him deeply.

The princess should have ensured he made friends, so he became a more rounded individual, but I do get your point. It is hard to tell what will happen once the alleged countdown is over. Maybe she won't be able to return even with 100%. But for now, she grasps desperately at any straw she can find. I honestly put off reading this for over a week as seeing the 76% was crushing. I knew what she would do. She is afraid and calculating. She wants that 100% and 76% is too far off, as there is indeed the possibility that she might lose her life if she doesn't reach 100% in a week. I am rooting for our boy Kallisto. He needs to really fall in love deeply and tell her that too in a week. Maybe the emperor helps? I hope he does.

Not quite sure I would put it like that. From what we know blonde dude did tell MCs brother about people wanting to kidnap him, so that information came from him. If he was truly a part of it, he probably wouldn't have told MCs brother about it. He is still involved in a sense as he is in those circles seemingly where he got the information in the first place. It makes sense that he appeared now, even if he wasn't part of the rescue team (though he could have been, seeing as he was helping MCs brother out to resolve the kidnapping issue).

You mean, Song? I disagree on that note. He is, as was pointed out, afraid of his power. He doesn't want to abuse the power and become a tyrant. He would rather work under someone instead. It is safer in his mind and probably more normal too. He is conflicted as well as confused, and his fear of abusing his strenght leads him to inaction even though it is needed. Song is a great guy. One can understand him, even while acknowledging that what he is doing is wrong.

That is fine, as long as you don't mind your hubby doing the same with some Waifus in fictional media. xD

I feel conflicted. I mean, I am glad Fury's sister is safe, but the price for it was too steep. Twenty countries were invaded, countless cities destroyed and people killed. So many lives were seemingly lost and I doubt the elves could come back from this easily. Especially with them probably supporting that maniac. If no one supported him after all, this hardly would be possible. Big oof. Would be better if the elves hadn't murdered countless people yet. MC always saved pretty much everyone he could after all and now his actions sadly caused so much suffering.

Bitches can be fun too. Woof! =3 But I do prefer the other two options. Silent Girl and Tsundere Girl are quite nice. Or we can go Harem Route for fun. xD

I personally like how it is handled here. MC back then avoided taking lifes, as that is a grave action that will weigh on his soul. But in this war, he knew it would be stupid not to and therefore did kill. It wasn't something he wanted to do, but he knew it needed to be done. It is a lot more mature than just having an MC slaughter by the thousands without a second thought.

I am kinda disappointed. I really like that more feral Lamia design, dammit! xD

It is hard to watch the Fake MCs adventures. Dude is misunderstanding things too much and being too naive in his delusions with the gods happily ridiculing him and relishing in his suffering. I fear he will end up dead or have some other bad ending. Him trying to imitate Shield Hero is going to backfire. It is obvious. I only hope there will be a redemption arc in a sense. He showed good qualities, wanting his comrade to be healed and even begging the cold Saintess. He is flawed, but not bad. Fake MC needs to snap out of it.

The Fake MC has my sympathies. He was led on by the gods who purposefully fueled his delusions, only to risk him getting killed to get a laugh out of it. And then they punished him on top for getting angry. He was shamed and ridiculed. Humbled, you could say. I do hope he will grow and overcome this situation.

I hate the gods. They are terrible beings. If you fool around, making jokes one of them doesn't like? Curse. If you talk smack to them for finding amusement in a girl being crippled? Curse. Gods in this are trash, aside from the Outsider Goddess.

I assume they heard him speaking in monster tongue and that caused this. I did wish he would have kept his mouth shut, seeing how much trouble it could cause.
