Yes, one sister was the FORMER head of the clan (the white tigress' mother) that abused their constellation's authority, while the one attending the meeting in this chapter (her aunt) was the director of the Monster Hunting Institute (whom allowed the MC to enter the dungeon in compensation of his help to damper the tigress' arrogance).

At least this constellation actually got the MC to show some real raw power, as compared to Deep Snow King.
