I guess we can now say Gojo did indeed land on a strike, eh? Just not on the bowling game.

The solo players should have shown their value and worth by dominance before even starting to defend the losers. Those two are way too naive to think the world will bend for them just because they say so.

But if you think about it in another perspective, aside from his impudence to the solo players, what he did was correct, the strong must be preserved and prioritized for humanity to survive regardless of their personality. Remember the first city they had to defend? The weak were left to die if there is not enough strong players, so its fairly right to ask them to contribute to the strong in return for protection and survival. Its law of the jungle after all, why do you think the MC was doing all the time while he's in the labyrinth? Even before his regression in easy mode?

Now I reread this chapter, you're right. Maelyn won her own game, but lost every other game because of it.

He deduced that previously, as the system told him that there are more Demonic Cultivators out there, yet he's the one who benefitted the most from the demonic cultivation.

Good point. The knot is pretty much guaranteed, our question was "who's first".

Actually, he knew that too. There was a chapter that the antagonist transmigration system indirectly hinted him of that manner, and he knew that by deduction.

Indeed, if you disregard the sex part, you actually learn something too. This is the type of lesson the author is conveying in a casually known but unsually shown manner.

Actually, that IS his past life. His reincarnation's past life, not his transmigrated past life.

Even that elder's disciple that's younger than him had better integrity and virtue, so its pretty fair for him to NOT be respected.

You paid attention unlike that one above you. You deserve credit.

Yes, and he did not show his armor yet, no?

That was the way at first, but later on somewhere in her heart, it irked her that he's not as cheap as the fuckboys she once knew that easily accepts what she offers (including having sex with her), much more appreciating her efforts (the little gifts and gestures) and returning her the favor. Additionally, she's heavily disoriented when witnessing such a man talking to other girls, knowing she cannot give him as much as most other girls can, hence her worries for her own incapability of keeping him.

That's the problem with Runa over so many of her past experiences (not Ryuuto's). Its exactly because she's been through so many fuckboys she doesn't know how to treat a decent MAN like Ryuuto, and her usual reatment with fuckboys is the only way she knows how to keep her guy (but still mostly don't last over 3 months). Only after spending time with him that she slowly come to aware that she overdid it, and Ryuuto has already been aware of that since the beginning - which is why he didn't particularly mind.

I can understand the confusion, but the irony is that their character relationship development is different:
Fuufu Ijou: Foster > Affirmation > Perservation
Keiken Zumi: Affirmation > Foster > Affirmation & Perservation

That's the thema and end game of this story. It is already certain that they will be together in the end, but the title speaks enough about all the obstacles they have yet to conquer between them. This chapter has broken one of them - Runa's security over Ryuuto, Runa can now take her pace in effort to keep him.

But Master Gu is the butcher, lying in wait while the sheep are fighting amongst each other.
