Yeah, human and elf armies can eat their way through a battlefield, catch rabbits, eat plants, and stretch out the provisions to last a few more days. The Orcs are strong, but they eat proportionally with that strength, they also won't fill up with scavenging so they have their supplies and nothing else.

Orcs would be weaker in guerilla tactics, in being scattered, in fighting on terrain where establishing supply lines may be difficult. I find them to be balanced.
