I think this is the first 6th level we see. Whew...

So lemme get this straight... There's a dragon that's like... the source(?) of all heavenly dragon souls - which is the thing Mr. Main Character is trying to form. This dragon has never seen rain (meaning, his head is above the clouds, meaning, again, his ego has inflated his head so big that it's above the clouds) -> and he kinda refuses to allow people to form the heavenly dragon soul thing.

Yet, this dragon has some guy that he likes enough to want to give him one of these souls -> and it seems like he's trying to steal the one that Mr. Main Character is forming -> to give it to him?

And this is why the barrier is pretty mandatory right now...?

The longer this goes on, the more evidence appears on how incompetent/useless he is. lol

I figured it out! Mr. Main Character's ineptitude comes from the fact that he has zero creativity!

There's another work you can read here on this website called "Nano Machine" featuring Mr. Main Character who has an ability that's similar to this guy's psychokinesis powers. You know what he does? He severely twists people's limbs. Think of how Tatsumaki (from Onepunch Man) twists enemies to death -> except it's only their limbs. He twists their limbs to inflict tremendous damage that will not kill them but they wouldn't be able to fight back no matter what. Also, THE PAIN!

Imagine if Mr. Main Character's rampage - which lasted 33 time loops and resulted in no real damage -> was just him walking along, blowing out tires of nearby cars and twisting the limbs, arms and legs, of all the people he saw.
Seeing how this is not the real world, people will probably not die from car accidents -> and if they do, oh well. His powers aren't car accidents so maybe no time loop? If there is a time loop, then blow out the tires in a different order.
All the people who have their limbs twisted will probably just stay on the floor until they faint from the pain. Even if someone comes to their rescue, they'll never get to live a normal life since they've lost limbs.

Sure, he wants to end up doing full human extinction, but humanity without limbs will go extinct. Also, the most direct path to human extinction is to speed up the things we're doing to end our time on this planet -> like micro-plastics in our water and the air we breathe -> which has been proven to lower our fertility rates -> speed that up to the point no one can have babies and bam, human extinction. Just go around twisting the limbs of any scientists working on reversing that and you win. el oh and furthermore el.

Hey, Mr. Main Character... you can just casually kill someone with your powers in maybe one second -> and have time rewind. Being the regressor mid-combat is really effective.

I mean, you made him wait... what, two days? Frankly, it's weird he waited whatsoever. I thought he'd murderererererer the dudes on the floor - or at least harm them bad enough to get this guy to act.

Hmmm.... So, what if Mr. Main Character casually shoots someone, in the face, with a gun?

If you hate him, remember that this manhwa is literally called "incompetent villain." From everything we've seen, we know that he isn't incompetent like Doofenshmirtz -> but he's incompetent due to time undoing all his deeds. He is, without hyperbole, consistently evil.

There is a mystery going around... maybe it can explain why people are so stupidly violent in this world too. lol

He should be aware that if he kills them, time rewinds. I would've killed them to stop them from attacking my grandma in the first place.
