All this is abuse. There is no second way to look at it -> it is abuse. Nothing more than abuse in any shape or form. The abuse in this scenario is used to force control upon the individual by destroying their self-worth.

Bullies do this too. In school, in the neighborhood, or even at work, real bullies don't do the whole "macho man" thing of "I'm big and you're small, so I'mma beat you up." That doesn't work IRL.What they do is they isolate you from others as much as they can, insult you and anyone who dares to hang out with you, and their goal is to psychologically damage you to see the misery on your face.

Funny fact about harems in the religions where they're allowed: you're technically not allowed to... "have fun" with multiple partners at the same time. Furthermore, they aren't allowed to... "have fun" with each other. How so? Because they are married to you -> they are not married to each other.

Rather than achieving the state of "Heady Empty, No Thoughts" perhaps I should attempt to lose literacy. Maybe I can accomplish some inner peace in this age we live in.

Ya know, I did google to see if the anime for JJK got to that part. It did not; the latest episode was released in December of last year which covered up to chapter 139.

With that said, someone did make their own animation and put it on youtube, which is neat. (It doesn't cover the entire fight)

Well, I never really took time to point out whether the characters were well written or not. I did like some, despite some decisions they made, but there are a lot of characters so it is impossible to hate them all (unless the writing is completely atrocious, like a complete flatline 0/10).

Thing is, good written characters can help save a work. Lord knows I recommend some works that are generally mid but the Main Character is mighty interesting and despite the failings, Like... I just wanna see what this person does next.

Overall, I did not like the Main Character in this work. Funny enough, most people seem to agree with me and no one has tried to convince me that he's great or interesting or something.
And with how some characters are written out of the plot, usually by dying, I tend to lose something to look forward to as I read along. A big way I kept pushing forward was the meme of that one dude dancing instead of fighting. If anyone is wondering, start around Chapter 181 -> or more specifically, Chapter 186.
