even with the different cuisine approach we still need it to be organic, you know just like how you would do trail and error on a recipe. have them mess up and let us enjoy the process of getting it wrong and then watching the moment of success would mean more. cause they tasted failure and learned instead of just pulling a perfect recipe out of nowhere. and that goes for making different cooking methods too.

and that's when you could create games that fit the theme of the world instead of something from earth, or just use earth games for reference instead making something like reversi or chess.
i just kind of wish there was more put into to stand out sometimes. i love it but that is the double edge sword of being into manga, anime and the like. I bet this is why fandoms are birthed.

I can give japan the credit, but my issue comes when they turn a great fantasy world around and have it replicated Japanese culture. I mean at least finish the world building with the elements provided before you start running to the 'I NEED RICE AND SOY SAUCE' phase.

It is played better to the story when the information is mysterious as to why there is some connection to present time Earth. Im done, im gonna get heated trying to rationalize fiction.
