If i could alter the story, it'd start with dropping a few divine beings around Jianghu. That is, 1 year before the series present day. A divine master of farming would appear in the north and help turn the lands fertile, creating a massive source of food for silent night. Then, a total of 8 divine beings would appear in the capital city, surrounding the smoker. Then, in addition to those 8, another being(s) get involved, this one far beyond any other. Quite literally a god. It simply gives the moyong leader an ultimatum, fight back and die, end himself, or disappear for forty years. If he comes out before then, this god shall hunt him down and butcher him.

I'd give it a 50/50 whether he fights back or no, depends on his own ability to analyze the situation. The god is the only one fighting him, as the 8 divine beings are there to crush the remaining skies and wipe out all other forces. They aren't needed to keep him down.

The god alone would fkin thrash him like a ragdoll, given it crushes planets with a sneeze. But given how much it enjoys a good fight, it'd probably stick to hitting with similar force to the moyong bastard to prolong the fun.

This is just what I imagine would occur if I dropped a bunch of my creatures I've made for my own writing in this story, so the powerscaling is hella off.
