this chapter has caused me to think about the physics behind riding a bike vs riding a horse and they kinda behave in opposite directions. when riding a horse you just kinda sit there when the horse isn't moving and have to readjust your balance when moving. and on a bike you have to have amazing balance to just sit there but the gyroscopic force of the spinning tires helps immensely when you're moving. weird though I know, but I thought I'd share anyway. And before anyone asks, yes, I have actually ridden a horse before and know what its like.
