actual answer:
due to korean content laws they cant produce uncensored translations. this is an issue that exists soley for korean translator groups, as japan or china are muuuuch less strict in their content laws, allowing for even erotica to be translated uncensored. The previous translators, or in any case the translator group that did the censoring, was korean, even though the manwha is chinese.

what a shame this ended. i wonder if it got axed or if the manga was supposed to be a preview for the novel itself in the first place.
