Yog-Sothoth and Azathoth are two different entities, with Yog-Sothoth often considered as stronger due to it's ability to directly influence our reality, and at the end of this chapter Nyarlathotep mentions Azathoth while in previous chapters they were all referencing Yog-Sothoth. It may be a typo and therefor render my point moot but I believe that if Nyarlathotep does not manage to get the scimitar then he will summon Azathoth instead of Yog-Sothoth, perhaps because Azathoth is usually depicted as "weaker" due to it not normally being able to interact with our reality Nyarlathotep only needs the necronomicon + human sacrifices in order to summon the "Blind Idiot God" Azathoth, and perhaps Yidhra knows that if Azathoth is summoned then they don't have a way to stop the end of the world (reality itself is a construct of Azathoth's dreams so if it ever awakens then reality would cease to exist) but if Nyarlathotep gets the scimitar they still have a way to stop everything.

Also a more personal gripe but that scimitar's handle is way too long, it's longer than any conventional one or two handed sword (maybe its like a four or five handed sword lol) and way too short to be a spear, glaive, guandao, naginata, or woldo. Like I know the art isn't the greatest in this series but c'mon man!

Not all wasps are parasitic, some build hives and lay eggs just like bees and hornets.
