A pretty wholesome manga about a science/biology teacher at a modern highschool in a world where monster-people are the norm. I only watched the anime, so I probably don't know the full story, but I really liked it! The monster girls aren't too off the wall, just people with unusual conditions and weird abilities. The main girls are three students and a teacher. A vampire, a snow-woman (don't remember the japanese name for them), and a Dulluhan are the students, while the teacher is a succubus that is trying to live a normal life and not be erotic.
It delves into some cool things about how some myths might've happened in the case of the vampire and dulluhan, and how one has to live with their abilities with the snowwoman/girl and the succubus teacher.
Also some minor romance teases between the science teacher and the succubus teacher, but I don't remember it going anywhere.
