If i were in his case, id rather be a demon king than a hero tbh. Heroes in isekai usually get used, betrayed or even simply just told thanks and then hes no longer needed. Better to be op demon king and do whatever lol. But in the storys context, it would have been simpler if he only did what a villager could have done or make an alter ego to hide his op body

I did not expect a torture scene where the dragon's wings, teeth and scales were torn apart.

So like, the dragon got a full heal, great... What about the stuff that was torn off him? Did Mr. Main Character pocket it -> to sell or something? Forget 50 gold; walk into an auction hall with a full set of a dragon's teeth and you'll be a millionaire, no?
