I think i learned a technique in real life. I’ve always tried things with my body even if it hurts but last month i looked in the mirror doing the usual like flexing and stuff then i went to sit and thought to myself what if i can get insane focus or vision, thats how it started i tried a lot of thinks like breathing and some other stuff, like just learning to read faster.

But today when i was doing the breathing it happened, it wasn’t like slow motion but it felt like everything slowed down, my heart was beating slower, my thoughts were slow. Just a few things, my body began getting really hot for some reason and afterwards slightly dizzy. still no insane vision but it was weird and i can do it again i’ve tried. Reason im telling you this is because i want to know if it’s dangerous.
