It can be a pain in the ass. I had a long term job that required daily shaving and would hear crap for looking scruffy at the end of a 12 hour shift. also, stubble pokes through most pillow cases which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Some girls think it looks nice, but find it painful and won't stay with you unless you shave (with the exception of certain masochistic girls that are best avoided.
