So I guess this is the story we'll be getting from now on. A basic rinse and repeat of the same thing. Cain gets attacked (by the same people), he thwarts the attack. Forgives the attackers and they plan another attack.

Cain won't destroy them. He'll keep letting them off as usual, no matter how much damage they cause. They could even get people to SA his fiances and he would just ask the perps to never do it again. He's way too timid to deal with things decisively and that poses a huge threat to anyone who is even remotely related to him

Let me guess: she's going to get busted and her plan is going to fall flat. Then just before they kill her, the princess is going to plead that they shouldn't kill her and the MC will support the princess. Then all will be forgiven. This will probably take place over the next 2 - 3 chapters
