That's true. We can attribute it to lack of life experience then. The less experience you have, the more naive you are and you can never understand people's situations that are outside the realm of your understanding.

The church doesn't have a great track record of doing what's right. Any human with basic deduction can ascertain that life isn't just black and white. It's mostly grey.

Fair enough. I will say though, it has been demonstrated that the guild masters have a means of communicating long distance. So they should have at least spread some information relating to Rei. Like information that would stop their guild members from needlessly dying

I don't get it. Rei is supposed to be famous at this point in time. Why do some random adventurers think he's some kid that they can rob? He's pretty well-known and he's not afraid to kill his enemies. Why would you risk your life fighting against a monster like him, when you're guaranteed to lose?

So I guess this is the story we'll be getting from now on. A basic rinse and repeat of the same thing. Cain gets attacked (by the same people), he thwarts the attack. Forgives the attackers and they plan another attack.

Cain won't destroy them. He'll keep letting them off as usual, no matter how much damage they cause. They could even get people to SA his fiances and he would just ask the perps to never do it again. He's way too timid to deal with things decisively and that poses a huge threat to anyone who is even remotely related to him

Let me guess: she's going to get busted and her plan is going to fall flat. Then just before they kill her, the princess is going to plead that they shouldn't kill her and the MC will support the princess. Then all will be forgiven. This will probably take place over the next 2 - 3 chapters

I'm glad someone like me could never receive the type of power that MC has. I would've just killed the dude's son or maybe even wiped out his entire family. Once you set a standard like that, no one will go around messing with you. In fact, I would add that fatass who has been harassing him to the list. Wipe him out and his entire family. Once people know that the punishment for messing with you is death, they kinda just leave you alone
