the father seems to be the opposite of his mother, she was at home more than he is but way more distant and didn't seem to care at all about her son, the father is never at home but keeps checking his daughters situation and actually cares about them (though he doesn't show it much).

guess they forgot he's bad at acting, either that or he becomes at least decent when put in a costume?

thanks for another reminder that his mother "wanted a family" but probably got tired of her new pet/toy when he was like 5 (at which point he was already used to being home alone for days... as a fucking kid) and stopped giving him even the tiny bit of affection she had been giving him.

school setting and heroines taking turns for their development

overall maybe a 6/10? so far, i've read a lot worse but it's definitely not good either.

i know her intentions were good but man that execution was fucking awful, she conveyed nothing, didn't manage to reassure him, just said "yeah he's amazing you know, he's important to me, oh but you're important too i guess..." to the brother who sacrificed a good chunk of his life for her so that she could grow up without a care in the world...

trying to be objective here but, say if the roles were reversed, no feelings from either party, he came to her saying "yo i saw this chick, she was so fucking hot, totally my type, she was so hot whatever she was doing, doesn't this feel like fate?" that would have most likely annoyed her, the only case this would have not bothered the other person is if the other person was quite a bit older/more mature but i know people will start bashing the guy in the next few hours anyway...
