to sum this up we have
little bitch MC that never fails to disappoint
the heroine is kind of the same (he gets nosebleed, she turns into a loli or becomes a tiny snowman...)
annoying lesbian that hates MC for taking the heroine from her and... the heroine sometimes leaving her husband to "play" with her...

so overall it's not only disappointing but also irritating, can see why scanlators dropped this multiple times.
