Pretty much dog shit.

Knowing this was only 40 chapters and them admittedly flying by, I went against my own judgment and pushed on to the ending... which was just as bad as the rest of this crap!
Basically, some kid goes into an ultra-realistic VR war game, where... wait for it... he dies.And then he keeps dying. Over and over.

To compare this to brilliant works like, Eternally Regressing Knight, is to do both an injustice; it takes around 19 chapters of this shit for anything to happen, as the MC respawns seemingly endlessly, with zero personal or story progression. Worse than that is the fact that, because it's a game, there's never any sense of him being in any real danger. Some may argue that the breaking of his psyche is the real threat, but it's so poorly handled, it feels more like a kid getting frustrated when dying over and over on some stupidly difficult XBox crap.
Thankfully, this does conclude and wasn't just axed, but with the final fight being nothing but blurry lines with speech bubbles thrown in, even the climax is entirely unsatisfying.

I genuinely feel like I've eaten a turd so you won't have to... yet, despite that, there were some readers who seemed to actually enjoy this!
