Despite the cover and the description going for shock, this is an intriguing psychological thriller which, a mere 24 chapters in, could still go pretty much anywhere.

Dude, we all know she's making a mistake but she needs to tell her husband to man the fuck up! She's already running away from him by always being at her mum's, so he probably can't be arsed making the effort, thinking it'll be pointless anyway. From his perspective, whether or not they work out is down to her and her alone - i.e. she'll try to work through it or she'll leave him.

My point is that there was nothing wrong with marrying the dude she went to school with while they were both still young; her real fault was assuming that, just because they were suddenly adults they were equipped to have the perfect life... but now she's finding out the hard way that such a thing takes a lot of learning and perseverance.
Cheating isn't the answer and neither is dumping the man she swore before God to spend the rest of her days with, but then, talk is cheap and divorces are way too easy.
